We offer a prompt referral service, any enquiries are forwarded within 2 hours and within 24 hours at most. You have the choice as to whether you accept the referral. A monthly diary sheet will be sent to you for completion just prior to the end of the month. Annually, a record of work completed is sent for your reference.
We expect a timely response and contact with new clients. Tutors should expect to be paid at the end of a lesson. The monthly diary sheet should be returned promptly with any fees outstanding. We expect a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation by either tutors or tutees.
